1. When do I pay for my groceries?
Your payment is due upon delivery. We accept credit card and cash
payments only. We do not accept checks.
2. Will you shop at any grocery store? We will gladly shop at any of the following stores for you:
Kroger Bi-Lo Food Lion Publix Fresh Market Earth Fare Wal-Mart
3. How does the online ordering system work? Type your grocery list directly into the text box on
CJ’s Groceries 2 Go online order form. Once you submit your order, we will review your
list and contact you to confirm your order. We ask that you include
details about the brand, size, and quantity in your list.

How specific do I need to be on my
grocery list?
Please provide as much detail as possible in your grocery list. We
want to be sure that we fulfill your order exactly as you intended.
Our main goal is customer satisfaction and we can achieve this goal
best with clear and detailed orders.

Can I trust CJ's Groceries-2-Go to carefully pick my requested
fruits, vegetables, meats?
We will take extreme care in
the selection of your fresh goods. We shop for our customers with
the same care and concern we use when we shop for our own families.
If we feel that it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough
for you.
6. What happens if I am unsatisfied with my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us directly
and we will correct the situation. We are here to serve you!
7. Can you provide same day delivery?
We will provide same day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 pm.
8. What
happens if the store does not have an item on my list?
In the event that the grocery store does not have an item on your
list, our shopper will purchase the cheapest equivalent product
unless otherwise specified.
